Duval and Soncere’ Woodford are a husband and wife team who are savvy young real estate investors that took risks to increase their bottom line. The two of them are both aggressive investors who acquired multiple commercial and residential units within 3 years. Within the first year, they created Woodford Properties, LLC and have increased their real estate portfolio every year since. Woodford Properties is now a fast growing company that started with investment properties only and now are marketing real estate literature and providing consultations to new and novice investors.
Duval and Soncere’ are both heavily involved with the operation and growth of the company. Duval is expert at acquiring new investments, managing units, federal and state subsidy programs, tenant selection and consultations for investors. While Soncere’ provides the company with expert financial support including raising capital, managing accounts payable and receivable, and also providing investment consultations to customers. Over the years they have had many successes and failures and are willing to share them with those who are interested in building wealth through real estate investments. Both are in the real estate market for the long term and are making their own rules as they go along.
